This note was sent Jan. 9 from Steel II, which owns 6.5 percent of Brink’s stock. Like the mail he’s getting from Pirate Capital and MMI, the message is this: spin off either Brink’s Home Security or the Brink’s armored trucking biz. Here’s the AP story
